West Virginia Laws on Assisted Suicide


West Virginia bans euthanasia and physician-assisted suicide by common law and refers to assisted suicide as a "crime" in its Code of Laws (Section 16-30-14, "the crime of assisting suicide") but does not have a specific law outlawing the act.
